Assisted homes in the S 7 quarter residential complex in Aichach, Schulstraße 7 - 9

In the center of Aichach, the "S7 Quarter Residential Complex" is being built with a total of 78 apartments and 88 underground garage parking spaces.

In the buildings at Schulstraße 7 a / 9 and 9 a, barrier-free apartments are being built as part of the "Assisted Living" concept. The apartments may only be used by residents who are either at least 60 years old, already receive a pension or need a barrier-free apartment.

In the residential complex, the "Caritas-Sozialstation Aichach e.V." will take over the care of the residents. A centrally located care office will be set up in the building, which will be operated by Caritas and staffed at fixed times. A qualified contact person is happy to assist you with advice and action.

For these basic services, a basic care flat rate of currently €110 monthly for one person must be paid. For each additional person, the flat rate is currently €20 monthly.

Caritas has also committed to providing a comprehensive service offering in case of need for assistance or care. As a resident, you can make use of these offers at any time, even at short notice.

The spacious 2-room apartments are between 65 and 67 m² in size and have either a terrace or a balcony.

Our 3-room apartments with a residential area of approx. 85 m² are located on the ground floor and have a beautiful sunny south terrace.

All apartments impress with thoughtful floor plan design and have a basement compartment. Underground garage and bicycle parking spaces in the basement and outdoor area as well as elevators are naturally available.

A spacious, fully furnished communal room available to residents extends over the entire loft level in building 7 a. The highlight is the approx. 94 m² surrounding roof terrace, which offers a wonderful all-round view.

A real oasis of tranquility and togetherness will be the inner courtyard in the middle of the quarter residential complex. The residential complex will be built as a KfW energy efficiency house 40 NH QNG according to the current Building Energy Act (GEG). All buyers are thus entitled to a low-interest loan from KfW in the amount of €150,000. Capital investors have the

possibility, in addition to the degressive depreciation of 5% (§ 7 paragraph 5a EstG), to claim an additional special depreciation (§ 7 b EstG) of 5% over a total period of 4 years. Your tax advisor can provide you with more detailed information on this.
