Heating and hot water preparation are provided via a modern air heat pump. All living areas are equipped with underfloor heating. This allows us to offer an energy-efficient and future-proof heating concept that complies with the previous KfW 55 Efficiency House standard.

The property is located on Lindenstraße near the centre of Ramersdorf in a peaceful and established residential environment. Connections to the A59 motorway, only 2 minutes away by car, as well as to Bonn city centre via public transport are excellent. You can also reach your destinations quickly and conveniently by bicycle.

As the project name suggests, the surroundings have a distinctly village-like character. Single-family and two-family homes, often in traditional timber-frame construction, shape the appearance of Ramersdorf. You live in one of Bonn’s most popular districts while simultaneously enjoying all the advantages of city life. The district offers complete infrastructure including shops for daily needs, daycare centres, primary schools and secondary schools. Directly on your doorstep and within walking distance lies the Ennert local recreation area.
