Four residential buildings with a total of 30 homes and one underground garage with 39 parking spaces will be constructed. The thermal insulation of the building envelope includes up to 18 cm external wall insulation and triple-glazed thermal insulation windows. The buildings will be equipped with an exhaust air ventilation system. Heating and hot water generation are provided by an air-to-water heat pump per building, positioned on the flat roofs.

The homes are characterised, among other features, by well-designed south- or west-facing balconies or terraces. Ground-floor homes are assigned private garden areas according to the open space and special-use plan. Penthouse homes with roof terraces are planned on the top floors. The structural outfitting of the homes can partly be selected by the buyer.
