From the end of summer 2023, we are constructing an apartment building with a total of 15 condominiums including underground garage in Munich-Obermenzing in proven Praml-Bau quality. Individually, stone on stone in solid brick, using the highest quality building materials and brand products, we are realising condominiums from approx. 38 m² to 117 m² living space.

The contemporary designed, beautifully proportioned condominiums shine with large-area, floor-to-ceiling window surfaces. This ensures plenty of friendly daylight in the modernly designed living/dining areas.

Very comfortable: the heat supply is provided by underfloor heating with individual room control, an additional towel radiator in each bathroom creates additional comfort. The shading of the living rooms is conveniently controlled electrically.
