Location description

The 24 partially already completed condominiums are located in the charming new build "Mosbachgärten," an ensemble of four houses, in a preferred location on the side of Biebricher Allee - in a good neighborhood, directly and idyllically on the Mosbach and yet central in the Rhine-Main area with excellent transport connections. Wiesbaden's city center is only about 4 kilometers away and therefore quickly accessible.

Recreation and leisure are very close: the beautiful Biebrich Palace Park can be reached in just three minutes walk, the Rhine riverbank invites you to stroll and linger in about 15 minutes walk. An ideal combination of urban proximity and rural tranquility.

Even without a car you can reach nearby daycare centers and schools and shopping facilities for daily needs - including supermarkets, discount stores, furniture stores, and hardware stores. They are all accessible in just a few minutes: around two minutes by car or about five minutes on foot.
