The New York Quarter
Wohn + Stadtbau is realizing a sophisticated sub-district in construction site C. More than 700 apartments are being built here, as well as a community center, two daycare centers, playgrounds - a colorful mix of apartments and townhouses, held together by the overriding theme of "garden life". Private, semi-private or public-communal gardens, green roofs and roof terraces - here "urban gardening" takes on a surprisingly diverse meaning.
With "garden life" we are creating a lively quarter for a wide variety of lifestyle requirements, for families, couples and single people who value open spaces, green spaces and common areas.

Am Kentweg: garden life - at it's best!
Anyone who knows a little bit of England's famous garden culture may also know that there, on the other hand, the county of Kent is traditionally considered the "Garden of England". So it's probably no coincidence that it's Kentweg that runs right through our "garden life" district in New York...
And right here, branching off from the Walesallee boulevard, in the heart of gardens and greenery, are the two new buildings in which Wohn + Stadtbau is realizing an ensemble of 40 high-quality condominiums. What can hardly be seen from the outside of the elegant, contemporary architecture of the two four-storey buildings: behind them lies an amazingly diverse mix of apartment sizes - the spectrum ranges from 54 to an impressive 149 m²! In keeping with the lively, mixed character of the entire quarter, there is space for a wide variety of housing needs, for young and old, for singles as well as for couples and families.
The quality and outfitting of the apartments naturally meet the special requirements that are placed on a property in this location: energy technology according to KfW efficiency standard 55, the heating is supplied via Münster's district heating network. All apartments have a terrace or loggia, all floors are accessible via elevators, down to the basement, where there are parking spaces and the cellar rooms for each apartment.

Münster-Südost
Münster is known to be one of the German cities that is said to have particularly high growth potential. If you take a closer look at the areas in which Münster is growing particularly strongly, you will inevitably come across a line of development in the south-east of the city.
This south-east route begins in the city center, on the redesigned east side of the main train station, and leads via the harbor and the Kreativkai between the exhibition and congress center Halle Münsterland, alternative cultural centers, the municipal utilities and the town houses III and IV (planned). The canal, on the southeast edge of which new urban housing will be created, along Albersloher Weg at the Loddenheide business park, which now has top-class administration and service centers - from the regional finance department to the job center and the new police headquarters.
This dynamic expansion of central city functions only became possible when Münster started to use a new, previously undeveloped urban resource: the barracks and barracks of Loddenheide and York-Kaserne.
