The KARLE stands for stylish restraint and a harmonious blend of classical architecture and modern elements. The apartment building with just 11 residential units blends seamlessly into the existing surroundings thanks to its gabled roof facing the street and the combination of warm color tones with a dark roof. The centrally positioned stairwell core accentuates the architectural structure through its color contrast. The architectural concept was developed by the renowned architecture firm KMB PLAN | WERK | STADT based in Ludwigsburg.
