Project overview
In the Hutbergstraße, Zeidler-Wohnbau Feucht GmbH is developing a new-build apartment building with 7 freehold flats, scheduled for completion in February 2026. The three ground-floor units have already been sold. Four 3-room apartments, located on the upper floor and attic level, are still available.
Construction on this fully basemented development began in February 2025. Built in solid construction, the project comprises a ground floor, first floor, and attic level with pitched roof. The seven apartments include a 1-room flat, a 2-room flat, and five 3-room flats.
