Project description
Construction project
Hintere Straße Fürth
MeDI HAUS
The building plot is located in the west of Fürth in a good residential location, in Burgfarrnbach on Hintere Straße.
Hintere Straße itself is a residential street and is located not far from the centre of Burgfarrnbach and the railway station (approx. 9 minutes' walk). The south-oriented plot borders with its south side on the extension area of Burgfarrnbach cemetery, with the north, east and west sides on the neighbouring development. The good infrastructure as well as the excellent transport connections also distinguish this sought-after residential area.

The location
City of Fürth - Burgfarrnbach
Burgfarrnbach itself is older than Nuremberg or Fürth: the first documentary mention is from the year 903. It is confirmed to have been mentioned in 1287. Having grown historically, Burgfarrnbach has belonged to the city of Fürth as a district since 1923.
Today's castle was built in the years 1830 - 1834 - as a replacement new build for the demolished water castle. With the incorporation of Burgfarrnbach, the city of Fürth finally also "received" a castle, which it bought in 1968. The city of Fürth itself had previously had no castle or similar to show.
The St. Johannis Church with its 68m high tower in Burgfarrnbach can be seen far beyond its borders. It is a landmark of the historic approximately 730-year-old church (roughly today's appearance).
Burgfarrnbach itself has much to offer: the local recreation areas will invite you (e.g. the beautiful city forest, the Farrnbach valley, the Regnitz valley, etc.) for extended walks. Everything is in close proximity for daily needs. Also schools, banks or simply the bus stop... everything is within walking distance.
A diverse club life also exists in Burgfarrnbach. Cosy restaurants, beer garden and a castle park worth seeing give the place real quality of life. It is not far to both Fürth city centre and to Nuremberg and Erlangen. Look around... the location will convince you!
