In planning our apartment floor plans, we have considered the individual needs of future residents of all age groups. The cozy 2-room apartments with floor-level showers and a lovely balcony or terrace are perfect for singles, young couples and seniors. For families, the spacious 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments with one to two bathrooms offer plenty of space for children, a home office and lots of quality of life. Thanks to the perfect city center location of our FröbelHöfe, you benefit from excellent connections to the city's well-developed public transport. Tram, bus and S-Bahn are all within comfortable walking distance.

Apartments for every generation
In planning our apartment floor plans in the FröbelHöfe, we have considered the individual needs of future residents. Our courtyard design reflects this: our green islands in the FröbelHöfe can be used for relaxation even on hot summer days. Our concept of creating a green space is complemented by the front gardens of the ground floor apartments. Hedges provide the necessary privacy here.

It is important to us that people of different ages feel comfortable in our residential concept and can live together equally and without restrictions. Our apartment mix ranges from cozy 2-room apartments with a lovely balcony or terrace to spacious 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments with one to two bathrooms. Every apartment in the FröbelHöfe Dresden residential ensemble features high-quality outfitting. All residential rooms in the apartments on the top floors are air-conditioned. The existing underground garage offers 81 car parking spaces. The bicycle storage rooms in the underground garage have space for up to 198 bicycles, including 20 for cargo bikes. By locating our project on an unused brownfield site in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the extensive range of bicycle parking spaces, including those for cargo bikes, we are committed to sustainable mobility that protects the environment.
The entrance and exit of the underground garage for all residents is via Fröbelstraße. The apartments in buildings 1 to 7 can each be reached from the underground garage via the elevator. Building 8 in the inner courtyard has a separate staircase directly next to the building.

The Dresden-Friedrichstadt district
It is located south of the Elbe, between the Inner Old Town and the Cotta district. Since 1990, it has been one of Dresden's fastest-growing districts. City forecasts see it as the youngest district with great development potential until 2035. Infrastructure
Around the FröbelHöfe there is everything you need for urban, yet sustainable living in Dresden's city center. All important means of transport – tram, bus, S-Bahn and highways – are quickly accessible. The A4 motorway is only about 12 minutes away, the main train station is accessible in under 10 minutes by public transport. You can reach the city center with Altmarkt, the Semper Opera or the Prager Straße shopping mile comfortably on foot or by bicycle.
The mobility concept of the FröbelHöfe supports modern living habits: with 198 bicycle parking spaces, car sharing offers, a spacious underground garage with e-charging infrastructure and barrier-free access, the quarter offers a high level of comfort for all generations. The planned public transport expansion as part of the new TSMC location (Silicon Saxony) will additionally enhance the location – for both owner-occupiers and investors.
