The new development Quellenpark is located on the outskirts of Bad Vilbel. You access Fraunhoferstraße via Büdinger Straße. Within minutes on foot you reach the S-Bahn station (S6), the town centre and pedestrian zone with all shops, the spa park and the Nidda river.

the architecture
The three-storey apartment building stands out with its clearly articulated façade. The apartments impress with their combination of light, exclusivity and optimal usability. Floor-to-ceiling windows with fine divisions are complemented by transparent balcony balustrades. Colours, shapes and materials are harmoniously coordinated. The penthouse apartments add a special atmosphere.
the construction
The building is constructed in solid masonry and meets all requirements of the GEG 2024. Foundations and slab are concrete. Exterior and load-bearing interior walls are sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. Floor slabs and internal staircases are reinforced concrete with polished granite treads. A thermal insulation composite system (WDVS) is applied to the exterior walls.
The main entrance consists of light-metal profiles and safety glass doors with an electric opener, door closer and hold-open device.

Driveways and walkways are paved. Remaining grounds are seeded with lawn. Specimen trees and shrubs are planted.

Bad Vilbel
the spa town
With over 32 000 inhabitants, Bad Vilbel is one of the fastest-growing towns in the Rhine-Main region and offers an excellent quality of life.
