The rooftop terrace houses

are built on three centrally located building plots along Im Fischbeker Heidbrook and, thanks to diverse architectural ideas, form a large-format unity. Special details include recessed entrances and practical terrace partitioning elements, which can also be used as storage space. A clear, modern design language that distinguishes the home's various elements serves to emphasise the special character of these first-class buildings. Fischbeker Heidbrook is on the rise.

A district is flourishing – Neugraben-Fischbek in the south-west of Hamburg is very popular with younger people. The location and the leisure opportunities in particular are seen as plus points motivating this new trend. The Fischbeker Heide nature reserve, with an area of ​​773 hectares, borders this nature-loving district, packed with breathtaking flora and fauna. Mountains and valleys can be found in this hilly range when hiking through the area – and this is only 36 kilometres from Hamburg Central Station. The city centre can be easily reached via the S-Bahn train connection and the very well developed road network. This idyllic place takes its name from a small stream with a rich fish population – the Fischbek. Hence the project name Fish³³.

An attractive environment for living, working and experiencing was designed and laid across these streets. The result is an urban mix that offers lively diversity with lots of charm and flair.
