Concept and vision

Designed with care and individuality

From the outset, the top priority was to create maximum individuality: none of the seven apartments are identical in size or layout. Color and material concept

In addition to the distinctive and high-quality architecture, the cohesive design of colors and materials stands out: a grey monolithic structure with hipped roof is accented by ochre-colored textile shades and large windows in varying formats.
