Construction project
Eisvogelstraße Nuremberg

Terraced house with 3 units

The building plot is located south-east of Nuremberg city centre in a very good residential location, in the Zerzabelshof/Tiergarten district.

Eisvogelstraße and Torwartstraße are residential streets. The south-east oriented plot borders with its north-west and south-west sides on the existing neighbouring development, with terraced and semi-detached house development and is essentially 2-3 storeys. The building plot itself is a corner plot and is oriented so that optimal sun exposure is ensured throughout the day. The proximity to Nuremberg city centre, the zoo, the Zerzabelshofer Forest/Nuremberg Imperial Forest, as well as the surrounding infrastructure itself, and the good transport connections distinguish this sought-after location. The universities, such as parts of FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg or TH-Nuremberg, are also easily accessible.

The location

Nuremberg-Zerzabelshof

Nuremberg: Bavaria's second largest city was first mentioned in documents in 1050. Already in the Middle Ages, the former royal court rose to become an imperial city.

Thanks to flourishing trade and crafts, Nuremberg became one of the most important cultural centres in the 15th and 16th centuries. World-famous artists such as Albrecht Dürer, Adam Kraft and Veit Stoß worked and lived here.

After the Thirty Years' War came a phase of economic decline. In 1806, after the dissolution of the empire, Nuremberg lost its status as an imperial city and was incorporated into the newly founded Kingdom of Bavaria. From the 19th century onwards, economic growth returned: with Germany's first railway journey, industrialisation began and with it culture. The National Socialists took advantage of this: Hitler discovered Nuremberg for his presentation. All this led to Nuremberg being severely affected. After the devastating years, the famous "Nuremberg Trials" also took place here.

Today, with around 510,000 inhabitants, Nuremberg is one of Germany's most important major cities. Together with the surrounding cities of Fürth and Erlangen, it sees itself as a metropolitan region and thus as the cultural and economic centre of Franconia.

Nuremberg has more than just history to offer: shopping, going out, festivals, restaurants... this is a place to live!
