All other windows in the condominium are equipped with top-mounted shutters. The terraces receive as covering slabs 40x60 cm Pasand Sophistogrey. The balconies are covered with 3cm ceramic slabs and are low-threshold.
Heat is generated by air heat pumps and a condensing boiler system. Hot water is provided with modern instantaneous water heaters (see clage.de). The electricity supply is provided by PV systems in contracting. Underfloor heating including heating circuit distributor is installed in the living rooms.
Telekom fibre optic is laid into each condominium. Network cabling in CAT7 is pre-installed.
Through a new transformer house in the immediate vicinity, extensive electricity is available among other things for e-mobility.
