Project description

Berliner 14 is an extraordinary building with 28 south-facing apartments, including two penthouses, six townhouses with private access, as well as ten four-room apartments and ten three-room apartments. A parking system in the underground car park accommodates 10 parking spaces with an e-charging function. The project is located between Kurfürstendamm and the Volkspark Wilmersdorf and combines urban flair and local recreation. The claim to the creation of a place of retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the big city has been liced up to here. Exploiting qualities and potential to the maximum in order to create a special atmosphere in form and design has been achieved – it's something you can feel that in every detail. The clear, almost austere facade of the building reflects urbanity, while the rear offers a wide view of the lush greenery. A meeting place with green areas, private terraces and a playground for the children opens up in the courtyard. The entrance with almost four metre ceilings impresses with exciting surfaces and an impressive lighting concept. A parcel box system offers the greatest possible convenience. With a car elevator and an intelligent parking system for cars, in which each parking space contains a wall box and additional bicycle parking spaces in the basement and in the courtyard, some of which are also equipped with e-charging options – all the requirements for a climate-friendly mobility concept are met. The various floor plan concepts adapt optimally to user needs: from the classic family apartment, or the coveted house-in-house variant with access via your own terrace, to the spacious penthouse and the space-optimized 3-room apartments. All apartments have open-plan living and dining areas with open kitchens as the centre of the home. The large window areas let in light from all directions at any time of the day. Select materials leave nothing to be desired and meet every requirement in terms of appearance and quality.

Highlights/outfitting

Only the highest quality materials and products are used in the BERLINER 14 project. Tiles and parquet come from Italy and Austria. The underfloor heating is individually adjustable in each room. The bathrooms are equipped with floor-level showers and Duravit bathroom ceramics, as well as Axor fittings. In addition, the bathrooms will have heated towel rails from Zehnder. You have the possibility to choose individually from different outfitting variants.

Location

Berliner 14 is located at a central hub in the Berlin-Wilmersdorf district, between Volkspark Wilmesdorf and Kurfürstendamm. The Güntzelkiez, the Bavarian Quarter and also the Akazienkiez are just around the corner – popular neighborhoods with typical Berlin charm. The underground lines U7 and U9 stop right in front of the door. From here you can reach the Ku'damm and Zoo as well as Schlossstrasse and Bergmannkiez in just a few minutes. All amenities for daily needs such as supermarkets, drugstores, day-care centers, schools and playgrounds can be found in the immediate vicinity.
