This is a multi-generational project in timber construction, reference properties can be viewed.

In an attractive, quiet location and yet in the immediate vicinity of Hilpoltstein's city center, a high-quality new build project with a total of four modern apartment buildings is being developed. A total of 37 residential units – with sizes from approximately 27 m² to 103 m² – offer space for different living models.

The individually designed floor plans throughout the project offer flexible solutions for a wide variety of residential needs.

Great importance is also attached to the topic of sustainable mobility: modern storage areas for e-bikes and cargo bikes are being created, which complement urban living in an environmentally friendly way. The building will be constructed in solid and energy-efficient construction as a KfW Efficiency House. The use of one or more heat pumps (air or possibly also geothermal) is planned. Energy sources would thus be renewable energies or electricity.

Shopping facilities, bakeries, pharmacies as well as doctors and cafés can be reached on foot or by bicycle in just a few minutes. Families benefit from the excellent infrastructure with kindergartens, primary and secondary schools directly on site. The lively city center with its historic old town, city wall and castle invites you to stroll, stop in and linger.
