Barrier-free homes with optional service offerings
On Bergstedter Chaussee, a modern intergenerational residential quarter is being developed on around 14,500 m² with three building complexes. Planned are a care facility, two buildings with senior-friendly homes, a daycare centre and a physiotherapy practice. A climate-friendly energy concept with photovoltaic systems and an air heat pump (KfW 55 EE) complements the offering.
In the Ammersbeker Höfe, the Specht Group is developing the 62 barrier-free 1.5- to 2-room homes for seniors offered here. All units feature a balcony or loggia and are accessible via lift. The bathrooms are designed to be senior-friendly – with slip-resistant tiles and level-access showers for greater safety and comfort.
Directly adjacent, a senior residence with around 130 inpatient care places is being built, exclusively in single rooms with private bathrooms. This allows residents of the neighbouring buildings to remain in their familiar environment if care is required. The facility offers lounges and multi-purpose rooms, a diverse leisure programme as well as a spacious café on the ground floor. A separate birthday room enables private celebrations. The in-house kitchen prepares fresh meals daily. The residence is operated by Specht Residenzen, an operating company of the Specht Group.
With this holistic concept, the Specht Group combines homes, care and community into a future-oriented quarter for all generations.
