The concept is based on a clearly structured long-term operator contract: Buyers purchase a studio apartment secured in the land register and receive a fixed monthly lease payment – independent of occupancy and season. Additionally, there is the possibility of an annual profit participation depending on the economic success of the hotel.

All ongoing operating costs, maintenance and replacement of inventory are fully covered by the operator. This ensures planning reliability and minimises operational risk for investors. Owners also benefit from additional advantages:
