Project description
Highlight
Until August, you have the chance to save up to €80,000!
Additionally, 15 selected apartments will come with high-quality fitted kitchens.

In the most beautiful
part of Lüneburg,
in the
Rotes Feld district.
Many heritage-listed houses — and right among them:
select clinker brickwork and 71 new build apartments — 21 of them rent-controlled as a full package.
Welcome to Rotenbleicher Weg 67–75.

The property
A true sense of community and high quality of life
There are many properties — but one so close to the old town, the spa gardens, and the idyllic Ilmenau River is rare. This new build, with its two buildings, blends subtly and sensitively into the historic Gründerzeit architecture of the district and harmonises beautifully with the area's elegant character.
Framed by 71 one- to five-room apartments for singles, couples, and families. With sunny terraces or balconies offering green views or vistas over the city. Underground, a garage with 57 car parking spaces and 160 bicycle spaces (including charging stations) awaits — perfect for exploring Lüneburg and the surrounding area in various ways.
This is a beautiful fusion of urban living and nature happening on Rotenbleicher Weg. By picking up on angles, axes, and alignments, the two buildings form a central green courtyard of xx m² — a peaceful retreat with mature trees, lawns, sun decks, and play areas offering a high level of relaxation.

Architecture
Architecture that fits the historic surroundings
The Rotes Feld district is known for beautiful architecture from 1870 to 1914, giving the area its historic charm. ROTEN BLEICHER pays tribute to this heritage with its facade and a refined design language that includes horizontal cornices, recessed reveals, and stylishly integrated clinker brickwork.
Designed by the Hamburg-based architecture studio Schenk Fleischhaker, who expertly combine aesthetic quality with ecology and sustainability. The extensively greened roof with ample space for photovoltaics and the regional clinker bricks — produced locally by a family-run business since 1888 — are just two examples of this philosophy.

Outfitting
And an outfitting that is not only beautiful, but also smart
Of course, outfitting should be beautiful and comfortable. But here, it goes further — it’s also smart and sustainable. The entire building meets KfW 55 standards and is connected to Lüneburg’s district heating system, which already uses more renewable energy than usual and aims to be carbon-neutral by 2030.
Similarly sustainable, smart, and even economical is the domestic hot water system using a heat exchanger in each apartment. This reduces energy loss within the building and also eliminates risks from legionella or other harmful bacteria — since the water in the pipework is always kept at the right temperature to prevent their formation.
This means living here is both healthy and always comfortable: with lifts in every stairwell, sun awnings to the east and west, oak parquet flooring in all living areas, carefully selected fixtures and fittings — all exclusively from trusted and well-known brands.

The location
Lüneburg is beautiful.
In Rotes Feld, it’s most beautiful.
A district like Rotes Feld is rare — not only in Lüneburg, but in all of Germany. To the west, the spa gardens offer a green oasis, and right beside them lies the old town, with its brick Gothic architecture, rows of gabled houses, the Stintmarkt, and the iconic historic crane — the most photographed landmark in the harbour.
Surrounded by nature in the form of the spa gardens and the romantic Ilmenau River, the Rotes Feld district offers charm and countless opportunities for relaxation and scenic walks — including past the many well-kept historic buildings like the Wilhelm Raabe School, one of the city’s top schools.
To the south, the university brings youthful energy, while the adjacent Willschenbruch villa district adds a touch of serene sophistication. And best of all: just 150 metres from ROTEN BLEICHER you’ll find supermarkets, doctors, and everything else you need. The city centre is right on your doorstep — and so is all your daily convenience.
