Location & surroundings

The apartments are located at the edge of a residential area in the Hinterbuch district – surrounded by green meadows and forests. A place to breathe and relax!

Perwang am Grabensee is a tranquil village on the southern edge of the Innviertel, bordering Salzburg. Right outside your door, there’s space for outdoor activities like hiking, jogging, and cycling. The swimming area at Lake Grabensee is just 15 minutes away by bike. Nearby Mattsee and Lake Obertrum – both connected to the Grabensee – are also just a stone’s throw away. Mattighofen, with its wide range of local shops, cafés, family-run stores, GPs, specialists, two pharmacies and more, is only 15 minutes away by car.

If you're looking for cultural life and city vibes, Salzburg – the state capital – offers a rich variety of events and entertainment, just 40 minutes away. Childcare and schooling are well provided: the nearest kindergarten is just 4 km away in Berndorf, and there’s a primary school right in Perwang. Secondary schools are available in surrounding towns such as Mattsee, Mattighofen, and Straßwalchen.
