What you should know

Nestled in the gentle hills of the Innviertel region, close to the picturesque Salzburg Flachgau, lies Perwang am Grabensee. This location offers the best of both worlds – access to Salzburg’s lake district and the infrastructure of Mattighofen. This is where our new project is being built.

Because sustainability is very important to us, the six apartments are being built using tried-and-tested solid construction methods. As with all our projects, we ensure it meets low-energy standards.

The units include two to four rooms each. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, each apartment features a sunny garden or balcony. It’s the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends.

The concept also includes storage options for bicycles, garden tools, and more – making everyday life more convenient.

This is reflected in our tender process and the careful choice of contractors. Stylish and modern parquet and tile floors are planned – perfect for combining with a wide variety of interior styles.

We have also carefully selected appealing sanitary fittings to transform your bathroom into a private retreat.

Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate and can be conveniently adjusted to your needs.

To keep out the summer heat, we also offer an optional shading system that can be operated easily and electrically.

The building’s construction, including triple-glazed windows, contributes significantly to its low-energy performance – reducing your heating costs considerably.

Because sustainability is close to our hearts, all our projects are now equipped with photovoltaic systems – protecting the environment and lowering your electricity costs. Any unused electricity can also be fed back into the grid.

Location & surroundings

The apartments are located at the edge of a residential area in the Hinterbuch district – surrounded by green meadows and forests. A place to breathe and relax!

Perwang am Grabensee is a tranquil village on the southern edge of the Innviertel, bordering Salzburg. Right outside your door, there’s space for outdoor activities like hiking, jogging, and cycling. The swimming area at Lake Grabensee is just 15 minutes away by bike. Nearby Mattsee and Lake Obertrum – both connected to the Grabensee – are also just a stone’s throw away. Mattighofen, with its wide range of local shops, cafés, family-run stores, GPs, specialists, two pharmacies and more, is only 15 minutes away by car.

If you're looking for cultural life and city vibes, Salzburg – the state capital – offers a rich variety of events and entertainment, just 40 minutes away. Childcare and schooling are well provided: the nearest kindergarten is just 4 km away in Berndorf, and there’s a primary school right in Perwang. Secondary schools are available in surrounding towns such as Mattsee, Mattighofen, and Straßwalchen.
