Tax benefits for residential construction: increased degressive AfA 5% The degressive depreciation applies to condominiums and residential buildings with construction start from 01.10.2023 and at least Efficiency House 55 standard. There is no maximum construction cost. In the first year, five percent of the investment costs can be claimed for tax purposes. In the following years, five percent of the remaining value can be deducted.
