This project on the Kiel Canal comprises a single building with seven residential units.

The basement level includes two apartments, the building’s technical centre and storage rooms for each unit.

The ground and first floors each feature two apartments. A penthouse occupies the top floor.

All units are fully accessible via stairwell and lift. The parking spaces, designed as a carport complex, are located on the north side, while generous terraces, balconies and rooftop terraces face south.
