INTERIOR DOORS

Custom-made flush wood doors with smooth surface, including white wooden frames and matching Hoppe Amsterdam handles with “soft-close” magnetic catch. The door between the hallway and living-dining area features a glass insert.

ELECTRIC BLINDS

All shutters are electrically operated. Ground floor shutters are controlled via a central electronic timer with an Astro function, automatically adjusting to sunrise and sunset times throughout the year. This feature also simulates occupancy when away, enhancing security.

MULTIMEDIA NETWORK

All living spaces connected via a Homeway system, with outlets for TV, radio, phone, and data network. Devices can be placed flexibly while ensuring maximum internet speed in every room—even without a separate Wi-Fi setup.
