SWSG is constructing a total of 32 condominiums in the Hausen district at Hausenring 9 to 15. These are spread across two architecturally appealing buildings with a total of four entrances. An underground car park with 32 parking spaces connects the two buildings. The roofs of the four-storey buildings will feature extensive greenery.
Arriving home
The three- to four-room apartments, with living spaces ranging from approximately 81 to 96 square metres, feature family-friendly floor plans. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed insulated windows, oak engineered parquet flooring, ceramic tiles, heated towel rails in the bathroom, and modern sanitary fittings are part of the standard outfitting.
