Our Floating 45 is a floating holiday home on a concrete pontoon. It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical features and modern design details. With its comfortable outfitting, it meets the standards of a modern holiday home and accommodates a unique maritime family holiday for 4 to 6 people. The pontoon allows a maximum of 25 people on board as stationary in the harbor, making social dinners and larger gatherings possible. With approximately 45 m² of living space and efficient heat pump technology, it offers generous living even on cold days. Even better is the 16 m² sun deck at the bow, where sun, wind, and water can be fully enjoyed. The 7 m² circulation area allows easy movement around the Floating 45. It features a fully tiled bathroom with washbasin and shower, an extra WC with washbasin, a fully equipped kitchenette, and all other essentials for a comfortable stay on the water. The three enclosed indoor rooms and two terraces provide ample private space for multiple occupants to relax and enjoy the sun and water. The floating home complies with all current building energy regulations.
