What you should know

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Innviertel region in Kleinschäding (municipality of Eggelsberg), three terraced houses are being built. The location and amenities make these three residential units true embodiments of “living culture.”

To protect from summer heat, an optional electric shading system is available for easy and convenient operation.

The construction, including triple-glazed windows, ensures that the homes meet low-energy standards. This not only reduces heating costs but also meets the requirements for Salzburg’s housing subsidies.

Because sustainability is a top priority for us, all of our current projects include photovoltaic systems – environmentally friendly and cost-effective. In fact, surplus electricity can even be fed back into the grid.

Location & Surroundings

The municipality of Eggelsberg in the Upper Austrian Innviertel, home to around 2,700 residents, is both a recreational haven and a thriving economic center. Renowned companies have settled here, creating many jobs.

Numerous semi-natural streams meander through the region, enriching this diverse landscape with beautiful views of the Alpine range. Both locals and visitors appreciate the variety of recreational options. Well-marked hiking, jogging, running, and cycling trails invite you to explore nature. The unique “Ibmer Moor” nature reserve and lakes such as Seeleiten and Ibmer See are within 5 km – ideal for relaxing outings for all ages.

Culture enthusiasts can admire the beautiful parish church of Eggelsberg – the “Innviertel Cathedral” – as well as the charming chapel in Ibm and numerous small monuments across the region.

Cozy inns and cafés invite you to linger. Everyday essentials such as supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, specialty retailers, and medical services (including general practitioners, dentists, and veterinarians) are all available in Eggelsberg.
