At home in Vienna’s north, above the Danube

Floridsdorf is enjoying great popularity as a modern, up-and-coming residential district with strong infrastructural links. Public transport is very well developed: the U1 and U6 underground lines as well as the Vienna rapid transit (city-wide and beyond) traverse the district. Various tram and bus lines complete the local public transport offering. The Danube bank motorway (A22) also runs through the district. A few minutes’ walk from the project are several bus and tram stops – each reached in approx. 6 minutes on foot. You need around 10 minutes by public transport to the Floridsdorf transport hub.

Around 184,000 inhabitants (as at 1 Jan 2023) currently live in Vienna’s second-largest district by area, with numbers rising.
