The developer will cover the costs for the preparation of your purchase contract including trusteeship (1.2% of the purchase price plus VAT) until 30.11.2025.
This promotion is valid for all purchase offers for the "Das Schmuckstück" project received by 30.11.2025 at the latest, which are bindingly accepted.
There is no claim to any other remuneration in cash and the cost coverage cannot be claimed retroactively.
All condominium buyers who purchase a condominium in our modern and attractive new build project "Das Schmuckstück" by November 30, 2025, benefit in multiple ways: within the framework of the housing package adopted by the federal government, the registration fee for condominium ownership rights in the land register (entry in the land register), which would be borne by the owners when purchasing a condominium (1.1% of the purchase price plus VAT), as well as any lien registration fee of 1.2% of the sum to be registered, is waived – subject to certain conditions.
Since the condominiums are purchased commission-free, only the real estate transfer tax of 3.5% must be borne by the buyers.
The savings thus amount to up to 6.5% of the purchase price if the conditions are met!

Floridsdorf enjoys great popularity as a modern and emerging residential district with good infrastructural connections. Public transport is very well developed: the U1 and U6 subway lines as well as the Vienna rapid transit (as Vienna-wide connections and beyond) cross the district.
