A five-storey residential building is being constructed on a 1,324 m² site, featuring 13 apartments and an underground garage with 10 car parking spaces as well as 2 outdoor parking spaces. Set back approx. 20 m from the street, the building integrates harmoniously into the surrounding development. The rear garden is lushly landscaped and, thanks to the expansive neighboring plots, has a park-like character. The buildings opposite on the garden side are approx. 60 m away, ensuring an undisturbed living environment.

The building is being constructed as an “Efficiency House 40” and exceeds the requirements of the 2024 Building Energy Act (GEG).
