The purchase price payment for your new condominium is made according to the legal requirements of the Estate Agent and Developer Ordinance (MaBV) in several coordinated purchase price instalments.
Our payment plan is structured as follows:
- 30% after commencement of earthworks
- 28% after completion of structural construction, including carpentry work
- 12.6% after production of roof surfaces and gutters as well as installation of windows including glazing
- 10.5% after completion of rough installation of heating, sanitary and electrical systems as well as internal plaster (excluding additional plastering work)
- 7% after application of screed, completion of tiling work in the sanitary area and completion of facade work
- 8.4% upon readiness for occupancy of the condominium and transfer of possession
- 3.5% after complete completion of the entire property
With this legally regulated graduation according to § 3 para. 2 MaBV, you only pay when the respective construction work is completed and provided. This ensures maximum security and transparency.
