The Project

Architecture

The building blends tastefully into its surroundings. These modern flats impress with their balance of light, style and smart space use. Floor-to-ceiling windows with elegant panes and transparent balcony balustrades create a bright, open feel. Colours, forms and materials have been carefully harmonised.

Construction

Built using solid masonry in accordance with GEG 2024 standards. Foundations and base slab are concrete. External and load-bearing interior walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. Floors and staircases are also concrete, with polished granite treads. An external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the outer brickwork.

The main entrance features lightweight aluminium profiles and a double-glazed safety door with electric opener, door closer and hold-open function.

Outdoor Areas

Driveways and footpaths are paved. Remaining green space is laid with turf and planted with feature trees, shrubs, and groundcover plants.
