Large-area window elements in wood-aluminum with triple glazing and electric shutters or blinds flood the rooms with lots of light and ensure a friendly and warm living feeling.

Modern sanitary outfitting with towel radiators and floor-level showers complete the daylight bathrooms of each apartment. Cold feet are a thing of the past thanks to the underfloor heating.

Turnkey and individual

This modern multi-family house captivates through its architecture as well as through its high-quality outfitting and functionality. An elevator takes you from the underground garage to your apartment. A generous private storage room in the basement provides storage space. Washing machine and dryer connections can be found directly in the storage room in your apartment. The 2-room apartments have one bathroom, the 3- to 5-room apartments are equipped with two bathrooms/WCs. All apartments are planned with generous open living-dining areas.

A central meeting point in the green, for both children and adults of the house community, is located directly on the property, turned away from the balconies and terraces.

Location

Affalterbach as a place to live – a mix of city and country.

At the foot of the Lemberg lies the idyllic municipality of Affalterbach with around 4,500 inhabitants. It is part of the Ludwigsburg district in Baden-Württemberg and despite its location amidst scenically attractive nature, extremely conveniently located for traffic.

Both by public transport and by car, surrounding cities such as Winnenden, Ludwigsburg and Marbach am Neckar can be reached quickly. The proximity to the A81 and B14 also enables quick access to larger cities such as Heilbronn or the state capital Stuttgart.

Affalterbach combines the advantages of a rural location with those of a city: shopping opportunities including regional organic farm shops, banks, post office, medical practices as well as a primary school and kindergartens are located directly in the town. The industrial area with its partly internationally active companies offers attractive jobs.

The municipality provides varied leisure activities with its various clubs. For sports activities, playing fields for ball sports, athletic facilities and children's play opportunities are available. But the nature around Affalterbach is also perfectly suited for local recreation: the Lemberg invites walks and cycling through forest and vineyards, in a few minutes you reach the idyllic Buchenbach valley.
