In the idyllic village of Illertissen-Au, in the southern part of Bavaria, we are building a total of 8 residential units with approximately 134 m² living space. Main energy source: bioenergy.

A central feature of this project is the outstanding energy efficiency. This means the highest economic efficiency and exemplary environmental awareness. To further minimize environmental impacts, the heat supply to the houses is provided by a central pellet system, a renewable biomass that is 100% regenerative and uses no fossil fuels.

Each of the modern residential buildings extends over three floors and offers a well-thought-out floor plan as well as a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere. Here there is sufficient space for the entire family. In addition to the spacious interior spaces, each house includes an inviting terrace that invites relaxation and lingering, as well as its own garden area.

Illertissen-Au is located in the valley of the Iller, a river that flows through the town. The landscape surroundings are characterized by gentle hills, meadows and fields. The region is agriculturally oriented and known for its idyllic nature.
