The specifics of this project include:

• KfW–40–NH (QNG certified) low-energy house standard: This quality seal stands for outstanding energy efficiency and sustainability in construction.
• Own photovoltaic system including battery storage: Each house is equipped with its own photovoltaic system, which generates clean energy and helps reduce energy costs.
• Comprehensive thermal insulation: Effective thermal insulation ensures comfortable temperatures in all seasons and helps to minimize energy consumption.
• No fossil fuels: The project consistently relies on renewable energies and completely avoids fossil fuels, which helps reduce CO2 emissions.
• Pellet system: The heat requirement is covered by renewable energy in the form of wood pellets.

In addition to these ecological and energy-efficient features, it offers the possibility of a promotional loan from the KFW for KfW-40-NH (QNG certified) in the amount of up to €220,000, thus providing future residents with financial support in realizing their dream home.

Gallingkofen is a small district of Regensburg, located in the east of the city. The area is surrounded by fields, meadows and forests, which are ideal for walks and bike rides. The district is located in the immediate vicinity of the Regen River, which winds through the region and offers a beautiful view.

The A93 motorway is nearby, making it easier to arrive by car. Public transportation in Regensburg, including buses and trams, also provides convenient options for exploring the surrounding area.

There are many shopping options nearby, including supermarkets and local shops where you can meet your daily needs. The “Donau-Einkaufszentrum Regensburg” shopping center is also easy to reach.
