Perfectly connected to the Ruhr metropolises Dortmund and Bochum in a quiet location on the edge of town in a developed residential area and in immediate neighborhood to a forest area, living comfort can be combined with future security. In the district of Lütgendortmund you now have the opportunity to shape your life in a modern home. Here a small fine neighborhood with a total of 36 single-family houses is being created, of which currently 16 duplex house halves are being offered.
