Quality and comfort. In the outfitting, we focus on quality and comfort, for example in the VISTA bathroom. Here, you can escape from everyday life thanks to high-quality fittings with a walk-in shower, bathtub, washbasin, towel radiator, and tiles from renowned manufacturers. Particularly comfortable: underfloor heating in all living areas provides cozy warmth while allowing plenty of freedom in interior design.
Use energy efficiently. All houses feature energy-efficient construction. Heating energy is generated via district-specific central units using heat pumps. This ensures greater independence from fossil fuels. Each house is also pre-equipped with a conduit for the later installation of a photovoltaic system.
Smart and secure. You can save even more energy in your new home using the smart home system: it controls, for example, the underfloor heating and helps reduce consumption. Safety is also important in VISTA homes: all windows are equipped with shutters (except in the guest WC). Ground-floor windows are lockable and have additional burglary protection. Indoor safety: the staircase is closed and straight, allowing young and old to move safely through the house.
