This is ensured by the high-quality outfitting with floor-level shower, bathtub, washbasin, towel radiator and tiles from renowned manufacturers. Particularly comfortable: in all living rooms, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth and at the same time enables much design freedom.
Use energy sensibly. All houses have energy-efficient construction. The heating energy is generated via quarter-owned central systems with the help of heat pumps. This ensures greater independence from fossil fuels. Each house is also already prepared with empty conduit for the later installation of a photovoltaic system.
Smart and secure. You save even more energy in your new home with the help of the smart home system: it takes over, for example, the control of the underfloor heating and thus helps to reduce consumption. This is also important at VISTA: all windows are equipped with shutters (except in the guest WC). The windows on the ground floor are lockable and provided with additional burglary protection. Safety also indoors: the staircase is closed and straight-run, so that young and old can move safely in the stairwell.
