The project name “3-Seenblick” (3-Lake View) says it all. These residences are perched on a gentle slope and offer a stunning panoramic view of Lake Obertrum, Lake Grabensee, and Lake Mattsee. It’s a place where “perspective” is felt both in nature and at home!

Sustainability is very important to us. Our newest project – consisting of 3 apartments – is built using proven solid construction. As with all our developments, we make sure it meets low-energy standards. This not only saves on heating costs, it also meets the requirements for Salzburg’s housing subsidy program. The apartments feature three to four rooms each. Set amidst a beautiful landscape, every unit includes a sunny garden and/or balcony – perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. Naturally, we’ve included storage options for bikes, garden tools, and more, making everyday life easier.

It’s particularly important to us that you feel truly at home in your new residence. That’s why we place great emphasis on the selection and quality of materials. This is also reflected in our tendering and contractor selection process. Elegant parquet and tile flooring has been selected for the interiors – stylish and modern, yet versatile to complement a wide range of furnishing styles. The bathroom fittings have been carefully chosen to transform your bathroom into a relaxing retreat. Underfloor heating provides a pleasant living climate and can be individually adjusted to suit your needs.

The construction of the complex – including triple-glazed windows – ensures that it meets low-energy requirements, significantly reducing heating costs. As sustainability is one of our core values, we now install a photovoltaic system in all our projects. This protects the environment and reduces your electricity costs. Surplus energy can even be fed back into the grid.
