The location

Dinkelscherben on the Zusam

Dinkelscherben is an up-and-coming market town in the Swabian district of Augsburg and is located in the middle of the Augsburg Nature Park - Western Forests, embedded in the landscape of the Reischenau

Originated around the 11th century from a clearing settlement, Dinkelscherben was first mentioned in a document in 1162. Today almost 7,000 people live in the entire municipality. Due to its proximity to the new Augsburg University Hospital, the good infrastructure and the local recreation area “Western Forests” right on the doorstep, Dinkelscherben is a very attractive location for a new building.

The market town is conveniently located to the city of Augsburg (25 km to the center, 22 km to the Kriegshaber University Hospital). There is a good connection to the A8 motorway via the nearby “Zusmarshausen” to reach Munich (100 km) and Ulm (70 km). The district towns of Günzburg (35 km) and Krumbach (25 km) are also close to the new building project.

Surrounded by the picturesque rolling hills of the western forests, the building plot is in an attractive central location. The train station is located less than 300 m away, without being directly on the tracks. For example, here you can travel comfortably and without changing trains to Augsburg main station.
