An elegant house whose historical spaces more than meet the expectations of the modern.
This residential and commercial building along Warschauer Straße is divided into a striking front building, a side wing and garden house. A total of 39 apartments and 3 commercial units are housed in the complex, which is oriented along an east-west axis.

The district of Friedrichshain, with streets characterised by magnificent buildings in Wilhelminian and Stalinist Neo-Classicist style, is one of the trendiest areas in Berlin.
Friedrichshain: until the fall of the Berlin Wall, a purely industrial workers' quarter, then home to the squatter scene, today a magnet for tourism and a trendy residential address. Above all, the area between Simon-Dach-Straße and Boxhagener Platz, lovingly called Boxi, presents itself as a dazzlingly colourful and up-and-coming neighbourhood – with a club atmosphere.
