Each house has three floors, with each apartment being designed as a maisonette and having two levels. Optionally, a separate, internal elevator can connect both levels without barriers. On the one hand, spacious terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows set classic accents in the facing stone facade, on the other hand, the rounded corners of the house cubes harmonize the architectural austerity in a highly unusual way.
