The Location

The Prinzenviertel is characterised by architecturally diverse buildings and gardens whose designs make the now over 100 year-old residential area a special residential environment that's home to stylish villas and country houses.

Predominantly paved and tree-lined streets give the area between Wuhlheide and other historic areas a rural touch. The nearby Wuhlheide and the adjacent Seepark are just two of the many green spaces in the vicinity.
