We are constructing this apartment building housing eight condominiums in the midst of a quiet residential area. The property faces the sun and is located along a discreet residential street. The building's architecture is modern and unobtrusive. In the conception and planning stage, great emphasis was placed on spatial generosity and brightness. The house is accessed via an underground car park with duplex and single parking spaces. The elevator is accessible from the underground car park and connects the basement level to the three residential floors. The three ground floor apartments include beautiful private gardens.

Position and location

Obersendling belongs to Munich city district 19, along with Thalkirchen, Forstenried, Fürstenried and Solln. It is located geographically on the southern outskirts of Munich, west of the Isar river. The locality extends from the S-Bahn line (Thalkirchen) in the east to Südpark in the west (Forstenried). The northern border is shared with Sendling-Westpark. To the south, the locality borders Solln.

District 19 is characterised by, among other things, its pleasant and homely character. Be it the market days along Berner Str, stopping in at the Augustiner Schützengarten, the Sollner Hof or paying a visit to the cult stage at the Gasthaus Iberl – well-known beyond the borders of Munich's native Solln inhabitants. You'll find all the shops you need to service your daily needs along Züricherstr, while a movie at the Kino Solln is a great option for a cosy evening out. There are also some beautiful green spaces and recreational opportunities in the area. For long walks, the picturesque forested local cemetery, Südpark and the adjacent Forstenrieder Park come highly recommended. The meadows of the Isar are also just a stone's throw away. On hot summer days you can reach two very beautiful bathing spots from Obersendling without any problems while in Bad Forstenrieder Park in neighbouring Forstenried, sports are in the foreground.

The local "Stäblibad" indoor swimming pool is very popular with endurance swimmers and divers, while the Maria Einsiedel natural baths in Thalkirchen, also part of the broader district, is perhaps the most idyllic bathing spot in the Bavarian state capital. At almost 400 metres in length, the Isarkanal flows through the pools where water treatment takes place exclusively on an organic basis – chemical additives such as chlorine are completely omitted here for a perfectly natural bathing experience. For motorists, Obersendling opens up with the A95. For those who prefer to leave their car at home, MetroBus 63 takes you to the subway station Forstenrieder Allee (U3) in about 2 minutes.

Our project is built according to contemporary standards with comfortable, excellent quality facilities. The most important outfitting features can be found in our formal building description, which you will receive together with your requested prospectus. Construction start is expected in autumn 2018.
