The location

Connection & Mobility

The Allmendäcker residential area in Maichingen is perfectly located for work and life. It's just a two-minute walk to the Maichingen S-Bahn station. Both by public transport and by car, there are several ways to get to Stuttgart city center, which is only 20 kilometers away. Sindelfingen also benefits from the connection to the A 81, which takes you quickly to the A 8 and to the nearby airport. Thanks to many strong commercial companies, Sindelfingen and the surrounding area offer many jobs. For example, Germany's largest Daimler factory is in Sindelfingen, and numerous automotive suppliers have settled around it, as has IBM in Ehningen.

Education & Shopping

A daycare center, the elementary school and many playgrounds are within walking distance. All types of schools including vocational school centers are available in Sindelfingen.
