But it wasn't just the questions of sustainability and a healthy environment that were at the forefront when developing the houses. Safety aspects also play a major role for us. Windows and French doors on the ground floor will be equipped with increased burglary protection consisting of lockable window handles and security strike plates. Window elements and patio doors have electrically operated roller shutters.

The houses are handed over turnkey. The final paint on the interior walls corresponds to Q3 quality. A high-quality beech parquet floor will be laid in the living rooms on the ground floor, while the rooms on the first floor will have attractive carpet flooring. ORANIENBURG
A historic city on the water
