If you are looking for a liveable, quiet and thoroughly home-style environment in the city area, you will find the perfect place on the western edge of Munich, in Aubing. Aubing has absolutely everything you need to live: a perfect infrastructure with all shops for daily needs - the next LIDL, for example, is only three minutes by car. But all types of schools are also in the vicinity of our new building project: the next grammar school is only 15 minutes away by bike, the next elementary school is only four minutes away.

If you want to go to the city center of Munich without a car, you can choose between two S-Bahn stations (Aubing or Langwied), because Mariabrunner Straße 59 is exactly in the middle. You can get on the A 8 in seven minutes and on the A99 in just six minutes.
