FingerHaus's "FreiRaum64" project offers you detached architect-designed houses in sustainable prefabricated wood construction, which ensure you maximum individuality. Various plot sizes and house concepts are available. The houses are being built in Babenhausen in southern Hesse as part of the new residential district of Kaisergarten.
The new building project "FreiRaum64" is being implemented by the North Hessian prefabricated house company FingerHaus. The pioneer of the prefabricated house industry is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, because we have been successfully building houses in innovative and sustainable prefabricated wood construction as a family business since 1948. More than 750 builders choose FingerHaus every year and thus the safest way to their own home.
FingerHaus' »FreiRaum64« project is being implemented in a new residential area on the outskirts of Babenhausen. On the approximately 140 hectare site, more than half of the area is designated as a Natura 2000 protection area for the preservation of endangered and typical habitats and species. The areas previously provided with buildings may also be built on in the future or should be revitalized. A mixed-use residential and commercial area is being realized with the so-called creative quarter in predominantly listed buildings, a commercial quarter with new buildings and existing buildings as well as a large residential quarter.
In this residential area for up to 2,000 people, "FreiRaum64" is the largest project with detached single-family homes.
